What is your returns policy?
You can return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free in the European Union.
What you can return
- Unopened products in their original packaging, with the seal intact.
- Damaged or faulty products, opened or not. Send us a photo at orders@kinfolk.test and we replace it straight away, without asking you to send it back.
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back products that have been opened. If something does not suit your skin, write to us anyway: we will suggest an alternative and, in most cases, send you a sample of it.
How to send a return
- Sign in and open Orders, or write to us with your order number if you checked out as a guest.
- Choose the products you want to return. We email you a prepaid label.
- Pack the products in the original box or any sturdy box, and drop the parcel at a courier point within 14 days.
Returns from the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland are welcome too, but the shipping cost is yours.
After we receive it
We check every return within two working days of it reaching us and email you when it is done. See how refunds work for when the money arrives.
