Most orders arrive in two to four working days. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day leave our studio the same day.

Delivery options

• Standard. Two to four working days in the European Union, four to six working days to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland. Free on orders over €60, otherwise €6.
• Express. One to two working days in the European Union, two to three elsewhere. €12 on every order.

You choose the option at checkout, and the delivery estimate is shown next to each one before you pay.

Weekends and holidays

We pack orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday in Italy leave us on the next working day.

In the weeks before the winter holidays, couriers are busier than usual. Order by the second week of December if you want a parcel to arrive in time.

Delays

Couriers occasionally run late because of weather, strikes or border checks. If your parcel has not arrived two working days after the estimate, see how to track your order or write to us at orders@kinfolk.test.
